When ordering our custom face-up, an additional flat $15 will be added to your shipping when we mail the head back to you. You must cover the cost when mailing the head to our individual artists.

The process works like this: You add the item to your cart > describe or provide a picture link in the request box of paypal (or email us at ayumi@clynefaction.net) > pay > we'll give you the artist mailing address to mail your head to > Artist will keep in contact with you during this process > Artist themselves are responsible to mail the head back to you

We do this process because not all artist lives close to us. This is to ensure a quicker process for custom face-ups. If there is any problems or dispute with the artist please contact us immediately to have the problem resolve.

This option also includes: eyelashes (if you are not providing one), any face tatoos (design provided by you) and the face-up itself.
