Unlike the previous installation, I've chosen to create this piece as a webpage layout inorder to change different types of usage for the piece.
The butterfly symbolizes the freedom and change one takes to adapt to one's environment. The question is, if the environment your in, is it a reality or illusion?
The poem that found in this layout are from the previous sites layouts. The poem itself talks about reality and the will to search for the happiness in one's hearts.
Reality doesn't neccessarily have to be the plane of existence but the environment one lives in. For example, the common paradox:
"Amongst friends but all alone." is a theme of Reality vs. Appearance (anotherwords, deception and illusion) where you may think
your happy being amongst all your friends but that could be a illusion, where in truth one realizes that one does not fit in the group or just
don't feel that they are your true friends. This the reality that one must be aware, whether to move on or to know. Humans are curious
creature that thirsts for knowledge, in my opnion.
